Stewardship 2020: Make Your Pledge Today!

Make your Wednesdays even more wonderful: join us in the sanctuary from 5:30 to 6:15 pm for a gentle yoga session taught by our new yoga teacher Joy Kniskern. Come with your mat or a beach towel for 45 minutes of gentle yoga and then stay for Wonderful Wednesday dinner.

Classes will build strength, flexibility, and balance.  Breathing techniques will synchronize with a gentle flow from active to static postures on the mat or in a chair against a backdrop of soft Native American music and a singing bowl.

Drop-ins welcome.
